For those of you that are based in Hong Kong, this is just advance notice that I will be giving a presentation on “The key components of a successful IPO” for the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts (HKSFA) on 20 July 2011.

The presentation will start at 12:15 (to accomodate the longer trading hours), and will last for about an hour. It will also be followed by a book signing.

The venue will be HKUST Business School, 15/F, The Hong Kong Club Building, 3A Chater Road in Central.

And for those investment bankers among you, I am pleased to report that the HKSFA is recognised by Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission (the SFC) as an institution for the provision of continuous professional education, so my presentation will qualify for one CPT hour for regulatory purposes.
